1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Shift Hub Pro (“App”), you agree to these Terms and our
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We may update these Terms periodically, and continued use means acceptance of any changes.
2. Licence and Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your professional or business purposes.
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission
Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App
Use the App for unlawful or misleading purposes
Upload client data without lawful authority or consent
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you upload.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
All features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, duration, and renewal details are displayed within the app store where you made the purchase.
Optional add-on subscriptions may be offered (for example additional cloud storage). Each add-on is billed as its own subscription through the same marketplace. Add-ons are separate from your main ShiftHub Pro subscription: they may renew on their own billing cycle until you cancel them in your app store account, even if you cancel another subscription first.
Where an add-on increases a usage allowance (such as cloud storage), that higher allowance applies only while your main App subscription that unlocks the App remains active. Without an active main subscription you cannot access the App's paid features, so an add-on such as extra storage does not give you any in-app benefit on its own.
If you cancel or let your main subscription lapse, you should cancel any add-on (for example the storage subscription) in your app store subscription settings so you are not charged for something you cannot use while your main subscription is inactive. Separately, for technical and account reasons we may treat your account as having the standard allowance again (for example the default cloud storage cap) until your main subscription is restored, even if an add-on subscription has not yet been cancelled.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Payments for subscriptions and any in-app purchases are processed by the third-party marketplace or distribution platform through which you obtained the App—not by us directly. Those charges are subject to that platform’s terms and payment rules.
Refunds: Whether a refund is available, and how to request it, is governed by the platform operator’s policies and tools (for example the billing or refund help in your marketplace account). We do not control or guarantee refunds for amounts billed through that platform.
If you contact us about a billing issue, we may help verify your account, explain your subscription status, or direct you to the correct process on that platform. Where the platform allows, we may assist with an eligible request; any refund remains subject to the platform operator’s decision and policies.
Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (see also section 7).
4. Data and Privacy
Your data is managed according to our Privacy Policy. We maintain audit logs of your account activity (including authentication events, data access, modifications, and exports) for security, compliance, and accountability purposes as required by Australian privacy regulations and NDIS requirements.
We do not maintain independent backups.
Once your data or account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
You can delete your account anytime from within the app (Profile → Danger Zone →Delete Account).
5.Cloud Storage Limits
Your account includes cloud storage for files you upload through the App (for example receipts, reports, logos, and PDFs), subject to a per-account storage limit. Unless we state otherwise for your account, the default limit is 5 GB total.
If you reach or exceed your limit, new uploads may be blocked or rejected until you free space by deleting files, or until a higher limit applies to your account (for example through a future paid storage option offered in the App where available).
We may adjust default limits or offer different allowances by plan; where changes materially affect you, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or by email.
5. Service Availability and Disclaimer
The App and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, data, or business interruptions) arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This clause simply limits potential financial exposure to what you’ve actually paid for the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App (software, branding, design) belongs to Xrossly.
You retain ownership of your own uploaded data but grant us a licence to store, process, and display it as needed for app functionality.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the relevant Australian state or territory.
